Should i upgrade my CPU or GPU

CPU-intel Pentium d 940

GPU-nvidia gt 210

I will be upgrading to the
CPU-either i3 or i5
GPU-nvidia gtx 660

Which one should I upgrade

To go to a i3 or i5 will take both a CPU and a new mobo and depending on what you have, possibly new DRAM also, so if you have the money at least for the GPU, I'd do that first and then save towards the other

The GPU is a bit weaker than the CPU. I would upgrade that first.

i will upgrade the cpu no doubt about it. the cpu is the main component of the pc, weaker cpu you have,the weaker pc you have simple as that. if you upgrade it to an i3 or i5, you will change the mobo also, the i3 or i5 has a built in gpu which is more powerful than your present gpu, so its a 2 upgrade by just changing the cpu you also gain a better gpu.
