Should I Upgrade My CPU Or GPU?

So im looking to upgrade my pc so that i can increase my FPS in games. I have £260 to spend and was wondering what would be the best option CPU or GPU. (Im also going to be upgrading my PSU but its already been accounted for)
My PC:
I5-3330 (Not Overclocked or Anything)
EVGA GTX 750ti Superclocked
8GB DDR3 Ram
300w PSU

GPU but you also need a new PSU as 300w is not really enough for anything more powerful than tour 750Ti.

It depends on the games you play, but your CPU is almost as fast as the often recommended i5-4440. Upgrading the GPU should provide more benefits.
