Should I upgrade my cpu or my gpu

I have a Intel Pentium dual core CPU and a Nvidia geforce G210 512mb GPU and 8gb of ddr3 ram should I get a better CPU first or a better GPU

is there any specific game that you are looking for? or budget?

the platform is quite old (about 10 years) and i would suggest getting new cpu/mobo/ram/gpu
