So I currently have a Intel Xeon W3520 2.7Ghz Hyperthreading and 6 GB of RAM but I want to know which one is more beneficial? Upgrading to 16gb of ram or upgrading to a Intel Xeon W3565 3.20 GHz? I hope the RAM because it is much cheaper.

But I am sure you want to know what type of work I do on my PC so here you go.

1) I am starting a youtube channel so I have to render videos (Sony Vegas 12) usually 8min long which would take about 30min to render.
2) I SOMETIMES do 3D rendering for banners and templates (Cinema 4D)
3) I do gaming A LOT with some of the latest games (graphics card GTX 760 2g)
4) And I also Broadcast My gaming on Twitch

So whats the verdict on this one guys? New RAM or CPU?

Solution
The processor has eight threads, which isn't particularly useful for gaming, but very useful for video rendering. My recommendation goes to the RAM, particularly because rendering works with large files which will temporarily be stored there.
Look on what you're lacking. If the programs you use eats a lot of memory - about 75-90% - then you should probably upgrade your memory modules.

Other than that; how about saving some more money and upgrade both of them? :)
