Should I upgrade my CPU?

Hi, i want to play Shadows of Mordor and Can i Run It says my CPU needs to be better, I dont know for sure what would be a good affordable upgrade nor do i know if I should upgrade cuz i dont want to risk messing somthing up lol. Also any other advice on what i should upgrade would be appreciated.
