Should i upgrade my CPU?

I have a Intel i7 860 @ 2.8Ghz and i want to buy a new GPU which is the GTX 970 G1 gaming. I want to know if it bottlenecks.
My specs at the moment:
CPU: i7 860 2.8Ghz
Ram: 12Gb ddr3
GPU: Asus GTX 660 ti
PSU:730W something( idont knwo tha name)
Motherboard: Asus Intel P7P55D Pro
