Should i upgrade my CPU?

Hello guys i currently have an i5 4690 stock and i play games like battlefield 5 and battlefield 1 and it bottlenecks my rx 570 and stutters like crazy.The cpu is already 100% and the gpu at 60% on average and sometimes worse.I found a guy who is selling an i7 4790s 4core/8thread cpu for 140euros.Should i get it?Will i see smooth performance in games that require more than 4cores?Is it worth it? I will sell my i5 4690 for 100euros or something like that.Also does my motherboard support the i7 4790s? I have MSI B85M G43.

For €40 it is worth it and will help. How much RAM do you have? Your stuttering comment make me wonder if you are running 8gb.

I have 2x4gb RAM DDR3 1600.Ram usage is always at 70% or 75% never above 7gb.
