Somewhere in the range of 100 to 150% faster CPU performance I would have thought, dependant on the use case. That may be a fairly conservative estimate as your CPU is often left out of benchmark charts.

Very high upgrade but you also need a decent GPU to go with it. R5 5600x doesn't have an IGPU.

That's a good point if you don't have a graphics card it would be best to get the 5600G or 5700G

Roughly double the single core and 5 times faster on multicore performance, it will be like going into space and back.

As others have suggested, if you don't have a GPU and don't want to buy one right now then you will want the 5600G.
