I am quite impressed that you have got a great rig. You processor is more than enough for 1080p gaming. It can handle almost all game released till now.
Now lets talk about mobo, since you mobo is supporting upto 4th gen of Intel processor, and you RAM(DDR3) too.

So upgrading a mobo means, upgrading these three sets (mobo+cpu+RAM).
Let us assume your country has almost no stock left of Z97 series mobo. Now the only option left to you is to get anyone of these Z170, Z270, Z370, H series for sky lake and kaby lake etc.
So it will be around ₹ 50,000 which is about $800-$900. It will be a huge investment.

From my side the only suggestion will be getting a DDR3 RAM of 8 GB capacity and a new series graphics card. You can get a decent...

Mainly for gaming, GPU matters, but you need to match cpu as well. Like you shouldn’t place a GTX 1080 or 1080 Ti with core-i3 processors, Since you already has a Jaguar like cpu. I won’t suggest cpu upgrade, you can wait for new gen.

See here a difference between i7-4790K and i7-8700K @ http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-4790K-vs-Intel-Core-i7-8700K/2384vs3937

You will see a great point for you cpu.

Now come to PSU, a great one is already on your meal. Unnecessary upgrade.

Case will be a neutral point here. Your one is too good, but since there is a gen of tempered glass cases, I’ll suggest Cooler Master 570X or NZXT S340 Elite case. Both are very good cases.

Do let us know what you have decided.

Thanks.
