Hi should I get a new PC or get a new one?
The games I like playing most are open world and MMORPG's
Plus when I play games I get a DCOM error Event error ID 1000, 10010 and 10016

Specs
A Dell Machine that I upgrade its called a Dell Inspiron 660
OS: Windows 10 (should I upgrade to PRO?)
Hard Drive: Seagate 3 TB 7200 RPM Model ST3000DM001
Ram: CORSAIR XMS3 8GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
Processor: Intel core i5 3330 3.0 Ghz
Power supply: some $20 kentec 450 watt Lol
Graphics Card GTX 650 1 GB EVGA The small one.
Case some Dell Inspiron one

That's all I know :D so please should I upgrade or get a new one?

7600K is the newest i5, so I would get that over a 6600K. But AMD's Ryzen will have a nice competitor to the i5, it will be released in Q2 of this year. It might be worth the wait. A GTX 1060 is definitely worth it over the 1050 Ti if you have the CPU and power supply to support it. SSDs are nice on boot and load times, but they aren't necessary.

I don't have time for a full build right now, maybe later I can post one.

Should I upgrade to a 6600k or a 7600k? And a GTX 1060 or dual 1050 Ti's and if so what motherboard, power supply should I get? My budget around $1000

Btw is a SSD really necessary they're really expensive.
