should I upgrade my fx 8300 to i5 7400 kaby lake

Im planning on building my mom a new computer and idk if i should give her my cpu and such for her own and upgrade my own set up.
my setup now is

fx8300 with evo 212
rx 480 8gb
gigabyte 970a-g43plus mobo
16gigs of ram
1tb hdd and 750gb addition
acer h6 1080p monitor

looking to get an i5 7400 8gb ram asrock 270pro4 mobo while using the rx480 and both hdd
or should i spend the extra 20 and get a i5 7600?
