Should I upgrade my GPU, knowing it will be bottlenecked by my CPU?

I am currently looking into upgrading my Graphics Card, I'm thinking either the GTX 1070 or the RTX 2060, as they're around the same price, however, I know for a fact that my current CPU will bottleneck both of those cards. I plan on upgrading my CPU as soon as possible, but that likely won't be anytime soon. So, should I upgrade my graphics card and deal with the bottlenecking, until I can upgrade my CPU, or should I just go for a lower end GPU?

By the way my current CPU is: AMD FX-8350.

It would depend on your current GPU and time, when you're able to upgrade rest of your system.
Probably better to upgrade it all at once.

BTW - RTX 2060 is significantly better choice. Performance is closer to GTX 1070 ti.

I currently have a "GTX 1050" and I've been having a lot of issues in games lately due to the lack of VRam that card has. I think I'm going to go through with the upgrade and deal with the bottleneck until I can upgrade my CPU eventually.
