Question Should i upgrade my gpu or cpu first

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 2400g and a GTX 1060 (6GB) and I can afford to get a RTX 2060 GPU. Would that be stupid and would it end in bottlenecking. I cannot upgrade both. What should I do?

What do you hope to achieve with the upgrade? You certainly could upgrade to an RTX 2060, though whether it is the best option for what you want remains to be seen.

A 6GB GTX1060 is plenty to run just about any game without compromising all that much on details if you want higher frame rates while the 2400g can be a bottleneck in some of the more CPU-intensive games. I'd wait for Ryzen 3k to launch and get a 3600 if reviews are good.
