Should I upgrade my GPU?

Hey, I currently am using 2 AMD Radeon 7770's in crossfire at the moment, and I was just wondering if it was worth the upgrade? As I know next year there will be cards coming out, that might make other cards cheaper? My budget would be about £300 and bellow? Thank you

You can afford a GTX 970 or an R9 390 on that budget with plenty of room to spare.

But to know if it is worth it requires more information. What is your CPU and PSU? What games do you play? What resolution is your monitor?

I couldn't find the Power supply on PC part picker, but it's 750w, and I play a range of different games, Been playing Fallout 4, Skyrim, but I also play Nividia optimised games too like GTA and CS:GO and looking to get The Witcher 3 I'll only be playing in 1080, nothing higher really, not any time soon, but thank you for replying

Fallout 4 is really geared towards Nvidia. The other games will run fine on either. If you're in 1080p I say the GTX 970 is the one to go with.

I've done some research and watched lots of bench tests and the R9 390 seems to out preform the 970?

They trade blows game for game. At 1080p they're pretty close but the GTX 970 usually has better minimum frame rates, which is pretty important IMO. This review compares one of Sapphires 390 offerings vs one of EVGAs 970 offerings:

And in Fallout 4 1080p you can see that the AMD offering really suffers thanks to the game being poorly optimized for AMD:
