I currently have a RX460, installed into my pc December 2016. I would like to build a new computer and I was wondering if I should buy a 1050Ti, or carry over my old RX460 into my new computer? For CPU I currently have an AMD A10-7860K (not overclocked). And I would probably choose the AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (overclock by a little bit). Both old and new computers would have 8GB ram. Although currently I only have DDR3 ram

Moving from a RX 460 to a 1050 TI isn't that big of a upgrade in most titles, it goes from between 7-30fps. If your replacing your GPU you should look at moving 2-3 steps higher, A 1060 3gb/6gb, 970/980 GTX or RX 570 would be worth the extra dollars spent and give you 40-50% more performance.

I wouldn't necessarily look at a Ryzen 3 1200 when you can find 1500X's for around $120-$140, that is basically $20-$30 more for a chip that is noticable better. You can find the 2200G and 1300X for the same price as the 1200 and they are slightly faster out of the box as well.

Thanks, i'll go with the RX570 and 2200G.
I've chosen the MSI PC Mate mobo, but pcpartpicker says "Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Raven Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." It did not say this with the 1200

Is this just saying that I'll need to update my BIOS?

Thanks. Honestly I'll probably wait for the B450 chipset, newer technology and I have to wait to buy these parts around December anyway, and the B450 release date is said to be near the end of July. Thanks for the help :)
