Hello! I like to do some PC Gaming, and i would like to budget myself so i could play Counter-strike better without any frame rate issues. These new updates just keep making it worse for me. I would also like to run more future games that come out better! I want to slowly but surely improve both but wonder which one would make the biggest impact at the moment. High-end games like GTA V or newer games.

I have a Dell Inspiron

When comparing your GPU to mine, I can't help but recommend you replace yours. It hardly compares to the performance of my RX 470, which is saying something since the RX 470 wasn't all that great when it first launched.
