Hi guys!
I bought a couple of years ago an Asus GTX 560 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121446 ) and i was thinking of upgrading it.
Is it worth? What's your advice for an upgrade between 350/450$? I'll do moderate overclock with it!
Currently i have an i5 3750k, 8 gbs of ram, an asus maximus V gene and a 650W PSU ( should i get a better one if i upgrade to a better graphics card? ).
Thanks alot !

I don't think you need to upgrade unless you're moving up to a very high resolution. What do you plan to be playing and with what settings?

the above and Serrix raise good points. unless you want to start maxing games at 1080p or above, you really don't need to upgrade

You can go with the 7970 ghz edition or the 670 and you'll be happy with both, however the 560 is still a good card so if you're able to play decently maxed out on your game, don't upgrade...

*** It really depends on games that you'll play or play now as the 560 is a good card but the 670 or 7970 will crush it in high resolution or newer games...

PS: if you get 45-50+ FPS in all game that you play (with details maxed out), keep the 560 but if you get more like 30FPS (or you can't max out the details), then an upgrade will be really usefull as your other parts are really high-end parts ;)

Also, I'm pretty sure that my 660ti (slightly underclocked ZOTAC AMP!) can handle all the up through 1366x768 maxed no problems, so that should be sufficient for 1080p also, unless there's a skip up to 1200p or something ultra-high. I still hate monitor costs though  there's a reason I'm only at 768p

768p? dear goodness... you've got to be kidding. 1080p monitors are through away now. I've got a stack of approx 10 piled in the corner of my shop, with a bunch of other eWaste to be properly recycled(not in some toxic pit in China, hopefully). As it's not even worth it to put them on eBay. The backs are scratched up and were screwed into for strong mounting; used for telemetry on a race team(Rolex sports car series, equipment gets abused).

Swing by you local computer shop, a tech start-up that went bust or even your local dump. It's illegal to dump monitors in land fills so dumps usually have sheds or trailers on site for eWaste. And people don't generally smash them, they just upgraded and don't want clutter.
