Should i upgrade my motherboard for a GPU upgrade?

hi! i got a MSI Motherboard P67A-C43 (B3) and im about to buy a new graphics card. but idk if i should upgrade my motherboard to something better or leave it alone.

my graphics card : NVIDA 550 ti

NOTE: i got a 550 power suply, should i upgrade or leave it alone?

Shouldn't be necessary, different motherboads with the same chipset hardly waver performance-wise, and that Graphics card will work with that motherboard.
