Should I upgrade my Motherboard?

Since my current Motherboard (Intel DQ57TM) Can't overclock my i7 860 (Quad 2.8Ghz) would it be a good Idea to Upgrade the Motherboard? Here are all the Specs of my Pc:
Gpu:Gtx 750ti 2Gb (Planing to Upgarde to gtx 960)
CPU:Core i7 860 Quad core 2.8Ghz
RAM:16Gb DDR3 (8x2)
Psu:300w? or maybe 400w? (Planing to Upgrade to 600-750w)
HDD:500Gb SATA
SSD:250GB Samsung 850 EVO
Fans:Stock (Planning to Upgrade to Overclock)

First off, I would not overclock, with that unknown PSU, or that low of wattage one. Get a proper tier 1 or 2 unit- http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I would not invest money into such an old cpu either. You would be better off getting a Haswell based CPU and motherboard, depending on budget, and what case you have.
