Hello guys my current specs are:

Intel i5 4590 3.30Ghz
MSI H87-G43 Gaming Motherboard
16GB RAM DDR3
HD 1TB / DVD-RW
GeForce GTX 760 GAMING 2GB
Corsair CX-600W 80 PLUS BRONZE

I am looking for an upgrade, i'm thinking in buy the GTX 1070 FTW for $429,00.
My current 600W PSU should be fine, but is tier 4, and i saw the EVGA G2 650W for $69, since i am on a budget, i can't spend that much.
What you guys think i should do?
Buy the EVGA G2 with the 1070 for safety or i can stick with my CX600, i know it's garbage.

obs1. I have this PC since 2014.
obs2. I will not overclock.
obs2. i will upgrade my cpu + motherboard in 2018.
obs3. This is my first thread here, so take it easy.

Thank you guys ^^.

Solution
That PSU should be enough. It might not last as long, but that doesn't mean you need to replace it right now. An alternative might be to spend less on a 1070 and apply that savings towards buying the new power supply. The FTW model is one of the most expensive ones.
