I'm aware since i bought this last year. I would need to upgrade my ram and gpu soon. After all the hocus pocus is over with.. I'm gonna go ahead with the upgrade.
I'm hoping to get a gtx 1650 S, will that work well with this build? If you guys can recommend a 2x4gb or 2x8gb ram 3000MHz, that would also be helpful.

I live in the Philippines, looking to buy at newegg.ph site.
Yes, I will sell the 8gb 2400MHz ram and will look into buying a Corsair VENGEANCE® LPX 8GB (1X8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz (will get another 8gb when things go well)
For the gpu though.. im looking to get the gtx 1650 S.

With this in mind. How is it?

CPUAMD Ryzen 5 2600
MOBOGigabyte B450 Aorus M
RAMHyperX 1x8gb 2400 MHz=Corsair VENGEANCE® LPX 8GB 3000MHz
GPUNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB=GTX 1650 S
HDDSeagate Barracuda 1TB
SSDKingston...
What's your budget to upgrade?
From what country and what store are you shopping for your parts?

Also I wouldn't mix and match memory modules... compatibility problems may occur. If you want to upgrade the memory I'll advise buying a whole new kit and selling your 1x8 GB module.

I'd go for a 16GB kit(2x8) instead (3000 or 3200 MHz) as memory is quite cheap these days and 8 GB is cutting it close these days.

Otherwise it's fine... the 1650 Super is almost 2x faster than your current 1050ti, that's a nice boost in performance
