Hello, I'm thinking of upgrading my RAM on my PC. I currently have Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4-3200MHz (CMK32GX4M2D3200C16) dual channel ( 2 x 16gb) and I want to upgrade to 2x16gb 4000+mhz or 4x8gb 4000mhz+, I was thinking to this G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB DDR4-4000MHz (F4-4000C18Q-32GTZR) or this G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB DDR4-4000MHz (F4-4000C19D-32GTZR). Thing is, is a noticable upgrade? Is it worth it? If it is worth upgrading, should I choose the 4x8gb or the 2x16gb? And is it better to choose 4x8gb and more latency or 2x16gb and lower latency? Also, intel says on their official website that the 10900 supports upto 2933 mhz but i'm running mine on 3200mhz and lower timings and I've noticed a small boost in performance, getting faster ram will improve my performance or is it useless?

My specs are

CPU: i9-10900
CPU COOLER: NOCTUA NH-D15
GPU: MSI 3090 GAMING X TRIO
RAM : 2 x 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 3200MHZ
MOBO: ASROCK Z490 TAICHI
PC CASE: PHANTEKS P600S
PSU: CORSAIR HX1200
STORAGE: 1 x CORSAIR MP510 1TB, 1 x ADATA SX8200 2TB
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO 64BIT

Thanks in advance for your advice and help.
