Hello all , i had a budget rig so far :
I5 7500
RX480 8GB nitro+oc
h110m vdpro
16gb 2133 ddr4
ssd and hdd
550 semi mod psu
screen:
samsung 1080p 23.9 144hz 1ms qled freesync on

And
after 2 years of playing on 40-60 fps in everygame with freesync on i decided to upgrade my GPU
and PSU after consulting for some time .

i upgraded to :

rtx 2070 gaming z from msi
antec 750 +80 gold fully mod psu

after installing everything (was pretty fun)
in my task manager i discovered thet every "hard on gpu" game i played
like bf5 or witcher 3 or assasin creed odyssey ,my gpu didnt reach 60%
and my cpu got to 100% after 2 mins of playing and when it does my frames drops from 120-130
to35-45 and even 28 except of destiny 2 or doom for some reason.
I checked my cpu performance and it function like its suppose to
as well as all the other parts in the system.
Should i upgrade my rig if i want a solution ? Or can i somehow fix thet issue and get a steady fps above 35-45 on my monitor on triple A games ?

Your CPU is probably throttling, auto reducing speed, because it is getting to hot. To find out, download a free program, like HWiNFO64 https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/hwinfo64-download.html

Check your CPU temperatures. If they are at 90 degrees C or higher you will need a better CPU cooler. A Noctua NH-U12S is outstanding. Check height to make sure it will fit in your case. The cooler is somewhat expensive because it cools very well, quiet and highly popular. Fans are guaranteed for 6 years

The 7500 probably can't handle most games at over 100FPS, so upgrading to something better is your best bet. You could cap your fps until your CPU doesn't reach 100% usage. Alternatively increase settings/resolution until you shift the bottleneck to the GPU.
