should i upgrade now?

My spec:i3 6100,rx 470 4Gb.8Gb RAM
guys I have this pc.i have no problem at running new games.But i should i upgrade my GPU and CPU in future.I will upgrade my CPU to i7 6700k in 2018 December.But i want to know when should i upgrade my gpu.should i upgrade in 2018 december or now or middle of 2019?

i am playing at 1080p.i want to play games at max settings.40-50 FPS is enough for me.
i want to play upcoming games on high settings.

what do guys say ?

Upgrade CPU when you can , but wait on the cards , mining craze has the prices too inflated.
