Question Should I Upgrade Or No?

im upgrading my 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (PNY) for a
Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Video Card but my pc specs are this and my friend said its not worth it cause i wont be getting a major boost what do you guys think?

I'd have to agree with your friend here and say it isn't that great of an upgrade.

If you want a noticeable upgrade, I would consider getting a GTX 970 or an RX 580.

May I ask what your budget is? I may be able to recommend a good card if I know what you're working with. :)

You really shouldn't be worried about bottlenecking IMO...maybe your friend is more versed in this topic than I, but I'm pretty sure 3.3 GHz is enough for most things.
