Your RAM should work fine. The "OC" just means that in order to actually function at that speed you have to overclock the RAM...but even if you don't, it'll still work, the system will just "down-clock" it to the 1333 MHz speed instead.

Basically, by the time you replaced the motherboard & RAM along with the CPU, you might as well change it out for an Intel-based build, because you would be spending about the same amount of money. You don't need to do that, though, because your RAM & motherboard are fine. You just need a better CPU, which is already available for your system.

At the moment i can only afford an upgrade step by step money is an issue so what would you recommend me to upgrade first . Should i upgrade my mobo and processor first then my card if that is the case it would be nice if you could suggest me one that is compatible with my ram and graphics card Thanks for your responce.

You're limited to the 95W chips, but your system can handle the FX-8300, 8320e & 8370e. Of those,I would recommend the FX-8300. It's still one of Tom's Hardware's recommended mid-range CPUs (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpus,3986.html), it's running for $105 USD on Amazon, & it's 6 tiers up from the fastest Athlon X2 chips (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html), putting you right in line with Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge Core i5 chips & right behind Haswell/Skylake chips.

And definitely upgrade your GPU. What you can get will depend on the PSU you have in your system, but even a GTX 1050 (no PCIe power connectors) would be a fabulous upgrade, if not something like an RX 470/480 or GTX 1060. Any of those would be perfect for 1080p or sub-1080p gaming.

Thank you so much for the reply
The problem with my mobo is that as said by some people in one of my previous threads it is not 100% compatible with my ram so it wouldnt it be better if i upgrade my mobo and my processor and later on my GPU. It would be awesome if you could suggest a suitable product . when i do comparisons FX 6300 fits in budget it would be be nice if i could upgrade to that thanks in advance
