My PC specification:
Windows 7 Home Premium
i5 7400
Motherboard : Asus Prime B250M-A
HDD: 1tb x 2
RAM: 2 stick 4gb
ASUS NVIDIA GeForce : STRIX- GTX1060-O6G.
I usually use Adobe Premiere and After Effect (not often) , my question is rendering HD VIDEO time take quite long (1280x720 AVI video which rendered from After Effect, coz i need convert 4 minutes Avi and prolong it to 1 or 2 hours in Adobe Premiere). Should i upgrade RAM ? IS add more 1stick 8gb or change it all to 2 stick 8gb so that rendering time bit fast.?Adobe Premiere Preference should set memory to "Performance"or "Memory"?

Solution
Yes, you must upgrade RAM, that should reduce the render time.

Render depends mainly on CPU and then memory. I would recommend finishing the project, save it completely and then export it to Adobe Media Encoder, closing all other programs and then render it.

Memory to performance will increase faster output but may be bottleneck if RAM is less. If set to memory, then as to how much memory is available, so will the performance be limited. So either way, RAM is must upgrade. Recommend you to go with a single 16GB or two 8GB, or for the current best 2 x 16GB. The maximum supported is 4 x 16GB DDR4. I guess the Windows is 64 Bit.

Note: Use 'purge all', whenever you want to clear the cache memory. Doing this will remove all history of...

One other way to increase render rate is, if you are not using the system during the render process, then go to process in task manager, choose the process - adobe encoder, or premiere whichever is running high and change it to above normal or high, than the usual 'normal'. Do not use Real-time, unless you really really want.
