Should I upgrade to an FX-6300 and keep motherboard?

Hi guys,

I really want a gaming system that will play Minecraft, CS:Go, and maybe some Battlefield 4 down the line.

I was thinking of building an AMD- A6 6400K system, which could include Windows at about £216.

However, I am thinking I should keep my socket AM3+ motherboard any buy a GTX 750ti and a FX-6300, and buy Windows later.

Good choice for gaming?

I wont have to buy a new copy of Windows will I?

Will this boaed support a USB 3.0 case? And is there a difference in speed between sata 3 and sata 2 as this board only supports sata 2.

The windows copy is saved on your hard drive.

I don't know what board you're talking about and the difference between SATA 3 and SATA 2 =
SATA 2: 300 MB/s MAX
SATA 3: 600 MB/s MAX

I currently use an SSD on the SATA 2 port. I dont have it in the budget to get a new motherboard and windows copy. Will it still be fast?

It will be as fast as now of course
