Should i upgrade to Gigabyte GTX 970 G1?

I already bought the Gigabyte GTX 970 windforce card but not used yet. Should i spend an extra 40 dollars to upgrade to the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1? Both of these cards were on sale and the G1 is currently $430 CAD. Is it worth the extra 40 dollars?

The G1 has a backplate, Blue LED, says each G1 is handpicked, has a higher clock speed (pretty sure i can overclock my windforce right?), and it has 4 copper pipes instead of 2. Is this worth the hassle of returning my windforce 3x and paying 40 extra?

The current gpu that i have is also new, not opened yet.
