Question Should i upgrade to newer bios? Do i gain anything by it?

1. Update AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB
2. Improve Destiny 2 gaming compatibility
3. Remove PCIe Gen4 support when using a 3rd Gen Ryzen (Matisse) CPU

I'm using second gen cpu, do i gain anything by this new "Agesa"?

The only reason to update your BIOS is:

1. Your system isn't running correctly
2. You're upgrading to gain support of a new feature/CPU that released.

Which version is it now ? Previous one was a beta version. AGESA code is also about memory

Using F41. and I can't find cool and quiet option under advanced cpu.
