Should I upgrade to Vista 64 bit?

I have a Dell 420 XPS with Vista 32 bit. Should I upgrade it to Vist 64 bit for gaming?

No - if you're going to upgrade go for Windows 7 64-bit. Might not be worth it if you don't have more than 2GB of RAM; in that case upgrade to Windows 7 32-bit.
