Should i upgrade my wins 7 ultimate to wins 10? I wanna play tomb raider 2013 but you know TR was released in 2013 and wins 10 in 2015 so could i get problems playing that? I also heard that win 10 doesnt have directx 11 but TR 2013 requires that :/
Thanks in advance.

lol, wherever you heard that windows 10 doesn't have DX11 is a place you should never go to again to get your information. If it was a specific individual then they are highly misinformed and clearly spreading this misinformation and you shouldn't listen to them anymore.

Direct X is a graphics API and nothing more. To release an operating system that doesn't support the installation and use of Direct X API's prior to Direct X 12 would be suicide since this would make absolutely every single game that doesn't run using DX12 unplayable on Windows 10, and this is not a good thing. There are also other things that requrie Direct X to work as well besides video games. Many, many things.

Upgrading to Windows 10 for your gaming wouldn't be a bad thing. While yes, there can be an issue from time to time when it comes to getting an older game from the Windows XP days up and running on it, for the majority of games out there you'll have no issues.

The real problem here is your hardware. You say you want to play TR 2013 but your system is nowhere good enough to play that game. Or any game of it's kind really. Your hardware is way to low spec for much of anything.

So to answer your question in short, for gaming Windows 10 is good.
As for you personally it won't make any difference since you won't be playing any game like TR 2013 on that system.

You won't benefit at all by upgrading to W10. They do support DX11 of course, they simply introduced DX12 which is not beneficial for most systems and games.
You cannot play games like TR 2013 and in general AAA titles with 2 gb of ram. In general your hardware does not meet the requirements for most recent games.

It's your RAM you need to upgrade for gaming (even if you weren't a gamer, 2GB RAM is quite inadequate these days, you should at least have as much as a 32-bit OS can address, you haven't even got that).

As for OS upgrade, moving up to 64-bit would make more sense than changing the Windows version - - then you could install even more than 4GB RAM.
