Should I upgrade to Windows 10 with new computer build?

I recently built a new rig with a AMD RYZEN 7 1700 8-Core 3.0 GHz CPU. I installed Windows 7 because I prefer it over Windows 10. After I installed Windows 7 I kept getting an Unsupported Hardware error saying the hard drive is built to run on the latest version of Windows. I did some research and found out Microsoft was no longer supporting updates for Windows 7 with the new Ryzen CPUs. My question is since I am no longer getting Windows Updates should I just upgrade to 10 so I can stay current? I actually don't use the new computer for much. I use it for my plex media server. I needed a decent CPU to transcode a lot of different videos at once since I have a lot of people streaming from me. Anyways, since that is all I am using it for should I stay on Windows 7, or should I bite the bullet and upgrade to Windows 10?
