i have fx 9370, sabertooth r 2.0 , and 2 tri-x R 290X oc running in crossfire.
im curious if i should have went with the ASUS Crosshair V FORMULA-Z or the Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 . are they much better boards or should i keeep the sabertooth R 2.0 . This my first build in 8 years not sure which is the best and i dont have any problems with my board , just got talked into buying it from my friend

Solution
No Sabertooth is a really good board and if you run your system well, i don't any reason to change board unless you want just throw your money )

ty for your advice this is my first build in over 8 years and i was going on my friends input on parts and he said there isnt much difference between the crosshair and sabertooth and sabertooth is one the best ,stable and reliable mobos for amd. Nice to hear i got a good mobo from someone other then my friend lol Now i have to start my wifes rig im making her an intell and i only know a few parts the mobo which is MAXIMUS VI FORMULA and with a i7-4930K with a titan. she let me run wild with 4k now im building her a boss system too lol I`m liking building systems too much

i got the cpu wrong its the i7-4930K lol and the hero , any case suggestions ? i`m using the cooler master storm stryker for amd and i love this case lol anyone for intell like this one ?

well thank you for the help , im going to order the i7 4930 k instead someone told me theres only like 5-8 % difference between the 2 and about 500 dollars more . I`ll get the hero with corsair 2133 ram and i will really think on the gpu`s for sli , thinking maybe 2 titans be over kill , i have a 4k or so cap

Rampage IV not Hero! for 4930k you need LGA2011 board like Rampage IV and Hero is LGA1150 board for i7 4770k!

you know intell has way too much motherboard selections , AMD has like 10 % intell has to choose from . ok i went i7 4930k rampage black , corsair ram 2133 , corsair h100i cpu cooler , the cosmo 2 , evga titan just 1 for now , samsung t TB SSD ,2 X western digital 1 TB 10,000 rpm, cooler master 1000 watt silent pro , and i havent picked the os or the optical drive or the thermal controller yet , that sound good so far ? all im doing for today lol time to play bf4 lol trying get wifes pc so she can join the gaming fun lol

price tag is 4k now , so this is all she going to get lol for same price i got more so it is true amd is cheaper . I like both companies i dont know why people fight over which is better , thats kind of immature....
