darn really i did not expect that at all can you please use your best knowledge. and find me a psu n mobo / ram/ cpu that will all be compatible i bought that psu a year ago my budget will be around 350 $ lil higher i may go since my psu is not compatible and im lookimg to play games on high with good fps

Oh I'm sorry, mate. It will run. I just ran the specs through in the link you posted. I'm truly sorry.

Well, at your budget it wouldn't be smart overclocking. Neither would it help much at all in gaming, when you have that GPU.

So by saving Money on the a Intel k-version and choosing a B75 MOBO you should be good to go.

CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115233

MOBO http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128555

RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148540

This is below your budget and I'll eat my hat if you get much more performance for that Money. Also I would advice you upgrading your GPU when the next serie comes out. :)
