Should i upgrade?

Hi,

I have

i5 3350p
8g ram
R9 280x GPU

And i was wondering if i should upgrade my system for future game releases?

But my pc is working fine ( so far )

But for the future i guess i need a new CPU right?

Should i get a new CPU now? Or wait for 'new' upcoming CPU?

I don't want to waste money

i would keep it unchanged for at least a year more.

You will still be able to play all the games if that is what you are wondering. I can't think of anything that isn't playable with that setup.

There's no really massive CPU or GPU upgrades available as far as gaming yet anyway.

You can probably wait another year and a half until the R9 480X comes out for the GPU.
And on the CPU for games there is nothing worth upgrading to until Broadwell K comes out mid next year.
