Should I upgrade?

Hello,

I am thinking about buying a GTX 980 for my PC and I currently have a i5-4570... Will the 980 bottleneck it? If it will, I will upgrade to a i7-4790K and 2 MSI R9 270 Gaming Edition... Will those 2 GFX cards bottleneck the i7-4790k?

Not at all. Your i5 will be fine. It will be a much better option than 270 CF with an i7.

Although for price : performance I would go with a 970 personally.

The i5 and the 980 will be fine together.

For gaming, it is quite rare that an i7 will be better than an i5 and in those rare cases, it is only slightly better.
