your cpu is like 5% slower than current gen 4690k no need
as far as gpu for 4k i think you might have issues with 3gb vram on 780 youd be better off selling it and getting a single 980 ti

in all honesty in your place i would just wait for skylake and next gen nvidia cards so like 4 months or so for new intel cpus/mobos and 2016 not sure when is new nvidia gpus 780 is not old at all its just 1 year old. 4k is still a beta test it is not mature enough and overpriced at this moment i think 1 more year would do it a lot of good. 1440p is where its at right now and your 780 should be fine on that.
