Should I upgrade?

So Im planning on getting a nvidia gtx 970 graphics card, which is an upgrade from my current graphics card (gtx 660) my power supply is 500w, my processor is Amd 6350 FX and my motherboard is a ga-78lmt-usb3

Is there any other components that I should consider upgrading?

The GPU upgrade is solid. As for other upgrades, what PSU are you using? You could upgrade that if it is not a good model. Additionally, you could get an SSD. I recommend Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB.
