Should i upgrade?

Solution
Upgrading your CPU is impossible. The laptop's motherboard already comes with the CPU "fit" into it permanently and you can't replace it.

Most laptops also do not have expandability for a dedicated GPU so you are pretty much stuck on what you had.

The only thing most laptops can be upgraded with is RAM.
I would say not. What are the other specs of your computer, particularly the PSU? If you want to upgrade your graphics, and have a strong enough PSU, take the money you would have spent on a new CPU and get a discrete graphics card. You will be much happier in the long run.

idk how to check but i think its hp pavilion 15 or 14 if that helps

You can go to HP's website, look up your model and see if it is upgrade-able. I would say not. That's how HP makes money on laptops, by making you buy a whole new machine just to upgrade graphics.
