Should I Upgrade?

I have a 960 2gb and a i5-6600k 3.5 ghz with 16 gb of ram. I just want to know if it would be worth upgrading to a 1060 or possibly a 1070.

You will have no bottleneck problems with a 1060-6GB and likely will be okay with a 1070.

You will see significant improvement with a 1060-6GB over the 960-2GB, especially because of the increase in VRAM. And even more with the 1070.
