i am currently now thinking of getting the antec Tx640b for my new system. This is a pretty expensive case and i was mostly swayed to buying it after reading atricles on how shoddy psu can stuff up ur system and how this also has the atx 2.0 thingy... Should i bother getting this for my new computer, or will soemthing cheaper like the coolmaster centurion 380W or the antec slk 3700 do. This is my system spec

amd athlon 3500+
msi k8n neo4 platinum/gigabyte k8nf-9 (still havent decided)
gigabyte x300se 128mb PCI E (this is temporary, will probably get the 6800gt or seomthing along thoese lines at the end of the year)
2x 512 3200 kingston
17" benq fp71e+

Fortron Blue Storm 500W should be more than enough.

That's a bit out of my price range. For that moeny, i could get the coolermaster centurion 380W, while if i get the forton, i still need to spend more on a case.

Curiosity was framed. Stupidity killed the cat.
(i know it has nothing to do with comps, but i think its funny ^^")

Antec True430W . I recommend you get this one instead of the 380W coolmaster specially when you're planning to upgrade to 6800GT which consume pretty much power if compared to ATI cards. and remember you're not only paying for a good PSU, u're paying for a better system stability too
