Should I upgrade ????

So first things first i will give you all my Specs:

Intel I7 870
P55-CD 53 Motherboard
Hyper 212 LED 500 W 80 plus certified PSU
8 Gb of corsair XMS3 ram
Windforce 1050 ti 4gb Graphics card

So today i was scrolling through facebook and i saw that there was a listing for a 8350 Black Edition a MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard 16 GB of corsair Dominator platinums(and 8 gb of corsair vengance for free) Soem very beefy looking cooler not sure of the name) For $120 i think i should upgrade because when i have to upgrade later i will have to buy a new cpu mbo beacause i have a dead socket right now and i know the AM3+ is also a dead socket but do you think this is a good deal and do you think i should take it

I would stick with what you have. I don't see any benefit in getting the AMD deal.If you want to upgrade do it to a whole new and latest platform/socket.
