Should I upgrade?

Should I upgrade from a i5-4460, 16gb, 1600mhz ram, gtx 1070, 1tb hard drive, 500w bronze evga power supply to a new i7-7700k, gtx 1080, 750 gold modular, 16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram. I can sell the old one for $800 and it will take 1500$ to buy the new one so I'll have to spend an additional 700$. What do you guys think? Worth it or no?

You would see a definite increase in games and productivity tasks. It’s only worth it if you think it’s worth it as there is no real way to tell. Why not go for the 8700k and Z370?
