Should I upgrade

Currently have an a8-6600k with 1050 ti and want a better CPU.
The best for my mobo is an athlon x4 880k.
Ive checked on a site called game debate and the athlon will help me get more fps on pubg as it meets min requirements and in a site called the bottleneck calculator, my current CPU is bottlenecking my GPU but the athlon wouldn't.
I am wondering if its worth the upgrade as I usually get lower than 60fps on pubg unless in dark places and would much prefers more fps.
Will I run it on 60fps and is it worth the upgrade?

An 880k isn't enough to keep pubg above 30fps all the time. The best upgrade for you is moving to a new platform. Not really any point in upgrading to a cpu based on a 5 year old design that was mediocre back then.

Agree with above. Also bottleneck calculator is absolute garbage, just don’t use it.
