Should I upgrade?

So I have been coming to reality sadly that FX is ancient and it's in my current rig I built a year and a half ago. I built what I had money for but now with coming out of dreamland and having more money, I'm thinking about upgrading. I really have no problem running any game, I can run any game on the highest and or high graphics settings and have very decent FPS ( 60 + ). I can run PUBG in mostly highest setting ( I don't care about reflections or shadows so those are always low ) and my FPs can be everywhere from 60 to 90 to even 105. I'm looking at around 445 USD to pay for new parts. Is the upgrade worth it?

Current --- VS --- Possible Upgrade
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming ATX ---> MSI ATX B350 TOMAHAWK
CPU: AMD FX - 8350 Black Edition ---> AMD RYZEN 5 2600
CPU Fan: Cooler Master GeminII S524 Ver 2 <--->
GPU: Asus GTX 1060 DUAL 6gb OC <--->
HDD: 2x Seagate blue 1td <--->
PSU: EVGA NEX750B 80+ Bronze <--->
RAM: DDR3 28 gb of no name ( 3 sticks ) ---> Patriot 16gb 2400 Mhz DDR4

Solution
Since you stated you have no problem running the games you play I see no reason to upgrade anything at the moment.
Only upgrade once you feel you need it, when you arent getting acceptable performance out of your system.
Either save the money, or consider something like a new keyboard and mouse, SSD, etc.
