Should I use 1.35v or 1.5v?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L745-S4210 and I'm not sure if I should use 1.3v or 1.5v ram. Which voltage should I use? Here is a photo of 1 out of the 2 stick of ram in my laptop as of now. http://i.imgur.com/NZck9Vm.jpg Will a 1.5v work in a 1.35v slot?

Use the same voltages that you have currently.

Fairly sure that it uses 1.35v ram. However I do not have any conclusive proof of this, based off of some preliminary google-fu,

Yes the manual says it is 1.35 so you can only use 1.35 in it.

I don't know what voltage my RAM is currently. How can I find out what it is? Perferably any good programs for that?
