Should i use 32 or 64 bit windows 7?

i am building two budget PC's for my local youth center, the important specs are as follows:

Intel Celeron G550 CPU (2.6GHz)
gigabyte H61M-S2PV motherboard
2Gb DDR3 kingston RAM

i cannot decide whether to install 32 or 64 bit windows, i'm planning to use Windows 7 Home premium, however with the low mount of RAM i thought 32 bit might run a bit faster, will it? or will running 64 bit make the system more responsive? Any help will be appreciated greatly

if you plan to get 4gb ram eventually get the 64 bits version. otherwise stick to 32bits.
