[SOLVED] Should I use AMD's A-XMP

I have the MSI B350M Bazooka motherboard and in BIOS there is a setting for A-XMP. I have 16gb of GSkill RBG DDR4 3000Mhz ram. I primarily game and like any extra performance that I can get. I have already overclocked my Ryzen 5 1400 to 3.6 GHz. Can someone let me know what A-XMP does and if I should have it enabled.

MSI's A-XMP basically does the same as Intel XMP but for AMD AM4 motherboard based systems.
