Should I use an HD 6450, GT 710 or Intel HD Graphics+ an SSD in this scenario?

The PC will be used for my parents, which mainly use MS office programs and photoshop.
They do not play games or necessarily stress the cpu and haven't owned a PC with a dedicated gpu since Intel introduced it's igpu, so either option is an upgrade.
